We will provide a detailed report detailing your property’s current position and recommendations for improvement.
For New Purchases and those in Escrow
For current clients, FREE of charge, Valley Income Properties will, in conjuction with our General Contractor and Air Condioning Techs, work with the purchaser during all property inspections, focusing on the following key areas:
- All apartment interiors
grading 20+ key areas
- All common areas
- Air conditioners
- Electrical systems
- Swimming pools
- Landscape and irrigation
- Parking areas
- Laundry Rooms
- 20+ additional key areas
After inspections are complete, Valley Income properties will draft a comprehensive PROPERTY CONDITION REPORT, and will provide capital improvement recommendations.
Also, as part of the Property Condition Report, Valley Income Properties will analize all facets related to management and operations of the subject property, including the rent roll, site management, site maintenance, marketing routine, current rents and concessions, status of deferred maintenance, as well as its position withing the sub market, and will provide recommendations to improve the quality of your investment.

- $250.00 plus $200.00 (1-4 units)
- $250.00 plus $300.00 (5-10 units)
- $250.00 plus $400.00 (11-20 units)
- $250.00 plus $500.00 (21-30 units)
- $250.00 plus $600.00 (31-50 units)
- $250.00 plus $700.00 (51-60 units)
- $250.00 plus $800.00 (61-70 units)
- $250.00 plus $900.00 (71-80 units)
- $250.00 plus $1,000.00 (81-90 units)
- $250.00 plus $1,100.00 (91-100 units)
- Over 100 units by mutual agreement
All inspections shall be conducted by Property Management staff, licensed General Contrator, and licensed Air Conditioning Sub Contractor.
